Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at boleh88. Owning more than one account — whether using different identities, different phone numbers or unrelated payment methods — is considered a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide true, complete and current information including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number and a reachable email address.

• Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred to another person
• Passwords must be kept confidential; boleh88 will never ask for your password through any channel
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised

boleh88 accepts deposits via the following methods, all with a minimum deposit of RM20:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant transfer via the TnG app
• DuitNow — direct payment using an account number or MyKad number
• FPX Online Banking — supports major Malaysian banks
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH accepted

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency transactions, which will be converted based on the prevailing rate at the time the transaction is made.

boleh88 reserves the right to reject or delay any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity or funds from questionable sources. In such cases, customer support will contact you for further verification.

Withdrawals from a boleh88 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction
• Withdrawals are processed in less than 1 hour after the request is approved
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account whose owner's identity has been verified
• Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will block the withdrawal until those requirements are completed

Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the deposit for identity verification and security purposes. If the original method is unavailable, the user must submit a special request to the support team for case-by-case assessment.

If an account is closed due to a violation, boleh88 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with fraudulent activity while an investigation is carried out. For standard closure at the user's request, valid balances will be returned subject to applicable withdrawal terms.
